Ceremonies in Bloom

Every flower begins as a bud, unfolds into a bloom, and finally gathers into a bouquet to be shared.

Love follows the same path - from a simple exchange of vows, to an intimate gathering, to a full celebration with family and friends.

Whatever your journey, I walk beside you to create a ceremony that is warm, seamless, and truly your own - conducted in English or Mandarin, with all legal wording spoken in English as required.

The Bud Package

Legals Only

  • 10-15 minutes (does not include time taken to complete and sign paperwork).

  • Couple and 2 Witnesses (over 18 years old)

  • $600 (incl GST)

    • Initial consultation (in person or via remote method) to explain the process and answer questions

    • Preparation and lodgement of all legal paperwork: Notice of Intended Marriage, Declaration of No Legal Impediment, Official Certificate of Marriage

    • A short ceremony with only the mandatory legal wording and vows

    • Signing of the marriage register with your two witnesses, either at a location of your choosing or within my office

    • Official registration of your marriage with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

    • A commemorative marriage certificate presented on the day

    • Travel within 50km of Perth CBD (if conducted at your chosen location)

    • Perfect for couples who want a simple, straightforward, and official ceremony

Elopement

  • 15-20 minutes (does not include time taken to complete and sign paperwork).

  • Couple & up to 20 guests

  • $1,200 (incl GST)

    • Ceremony design with space for personal touches (vows, ring exchange, or a reading)

    • Guidance on ceremony structure and wording so it feels natural and personal

    • The option to invite up to 20 guests to witness your marriage

    • PA system available for music and amplification if required

    • Ongoing support and communication in the lead-up to your day

    • A commemorative marriage certificate

    • Travel within 50km of Perth CBD

    • Perfect for couples who want an intimate yet personalised ceremony with their nearest and dearest

The Bouquet Package

Full Ceremony

  • 20-40 minutes (does not include time taken to complete and sign paperwork).

  • Couple & unlimited guests (venue capacity permitting)

  • $1,500 (incl GST)

    • Everything included in The Bloom package

    • A fully personalised ceremony script written just for you

    • Support with vow-writing, selecting readings, and including rituals or cultural traditions

    • Unlimited communication and support from booking through to your wedding day

    • A rehearsal at your venue or chosen location so you and your wedding party feel calm and confident

    • Professional PA system with microphone and music options

    • On-the-day coordination and guidance to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly

    • Completion, lodgement, and registration of all legal paperwork with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

    • A commemorative marriage certificate presented after the ceremony

    • Travel within 50km of Perth CBD
