    Our team ensures your vision is brought to life exactly as you imagined, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day without the stress of set-up.

  • As every wedding is unique, pricing will be provided upon consultation to ensure your package is tailored to your needs.

    • Minimum of 4 hours on-site with our professional styling team

    • Comprehensive set-up of couple-supplied décor and items, including:

      • Table centrepieces, candles, and florals

      • Name tags, menus, and wedding favours

      • Table numbers and seating chart

      • Welcome signage and directional signage

      • Registry/signing table styling

      • Cake table décor and dessert station styling (if provided)

      • Gift table/card box styling

    • Quality assurance & finishing touches:

      • Ensuring items are placed neatly and consistently across the venue

      • Checking floorplan layout against venue requirements

      • Styling adjustments throughout the set-up window to ensure cohesiveness

    • Vendor & venue liaison:

      • Coordinating with florists, hire companies, and venue staff to align styling

      • Confirming delivery of hired or supplied items are correct and complete

    • End-of-styling handover with the couple, bridal party, or venue coordinator to ensure everything is in place before guests arrive

    • Hire of our items (sand candles, artificial florals, signage, or other specialty pieces)

    • On-site rehearsal attendance (evening before or morning of) to finalise layout details

Coordination

  • For couples who have carefully planned their wedding and now want the confidence that every detail will be executed flawlessly. In the final weeks, our team steps in as your dedicated support system - taking over communications, final confirmations, and all on-the-day logistics.

    We manage the behind-the-scenes details and solve problems before they arise, so you and your loved ones can be fully present, stress-free, and focused on celebrating every moment.

  • As every wedding is unique, pricing will be provided upon consultation to ensure your package is tailored to your needs.

    • Initial handover meeting (approx. 6–8 weeks before the wedding) to review plans, contracts, and suppliers

    • Creation of detailed wedding documentation, including:

      • Comprehensive run-sheet and master timeline

      • Floorplans and seating layouts

      • Vendor contact list and delivery schedules

    • Vendor & venue management:

      • Liaison with all suppliers in the final weeks and on the day

      • Confirming deliveries, set-up times, and key details
