Minimum of 4 hours on-site with our professional styling team
Comprehensive set-up of couple-supplied décor and items, including:
Table centrepieces, candles, and florals
Name tags, menus, and wedding favours
Table numbers and seating chart

Registry/signing table styling
Cake table décor and dessert station styling (if provided)

Quality assurance & finishing touches:
Ensuring items are placed neatly and consistently across the venue
Checking floorplan layout against venue requirements
Styling adjustments throughout the set-up window to ensure cohesiveness
Vendor & venue liaison:
Coordinating with florists, hire companies, and venue staff to align styling
Confirming delivery of hired or supplied items are correct and complete
End-of-styling handover with the couple, bridal party, or venue coordinator to ensure everything is in place before guests arrive
